apparently it is not fixed, I seem to have the last version, and I still see a dot (see also my post that I made yesterday).

I am also having this problem. Anyone have a solution? I'm trying to use the Audio control inside an update panel. When I hide it with CSS or change the color to black it doesn't work in Firefox. I thought it may go away when I purchased it, but it didn't.

Yes

FIrefox security doesn't allow non-rendered controls to interact with the page in any way!

Try chaning the opacity ty to 1% Using CSS
