WindowMode Broken In Safari (Windows)

Here is my code...

<ASPNetFlash:Flash ID="FlashClientScroller" runat="server" MovieURL="Assets/flash/ClientScroller.swf" WindowMode="Transparent">
</ASPNetFlash:Flash>

The WindowMode set to transparent works completely fine in IE and Firefox. It's not working in Safari for Windows (v. 4.0.3). Any updates/patches available so it works? I can only assume that the Safari browser for Mac doesn't work either.

I haven't yet tried Opera - but don't really care about it anyway.
